The exhibition Uten Filter is an art project that examines the role of art in the debate about freedom of expression. Through exhibitions, concerts, conversations and debates, it shows how artists historically and today challenge power, censorship and established truths. We want to create an open platform where the public can reflect on art as a language of resistance, freedom and democracy.
