SOUND PASSAGE’s works form a listening ecology across seven distinct zones: cicadas and storms from Morelos by Lynnette Campos; displaced Trøndelag ecosystem by Luz María Sánchez; abandoned forest sites in Western Norway by Tilda Zsemberovszky; wetlands from North-East Estonia by Annika Sellik; remaining boreal rainforest of Northern Europe by Frank Ekeberg; and Atlantic Ocean data and climatic transformation by Isa Kiviaho. The sound-glass sculpture by Ricardo Vaz, translates sonic waves into electromagnetic fields and invites visitors to feel sound.
