SOUND PASSAGE extends Nine Days of Green festival’s idea of listening as a shared social practice and connects directly to the temporary sound library frame. The selected works form a listening ecology across seven distinct zones: cicadas and storms from Morelos; displaced Trøndelag ecosystem; abandoned forest sites in Western Norway; wetlands from North-East Estonia; remaining boreal rainforest of Northern Europe; and Atlantic Ocean data and climatic transformation.
